Milwaukee Krampusnacht 2022: Sunday, December 4, 3-9pm
The American Ghost Walks Krampus Parade starts 7pm sharp

Milwaukee Krampusnacht has moved to Best Place/ surrounding businesses of the historic Brewery District on Juneau Ave. between 9th and 11th streets. This gives us a bigger parade route and a visually great one. Best Place, built in 1860, looks like a German castle. Part of the street is cobblestone and the parade will march under the giant PABST sign hanging across 10th Street. Juneau is a divided street so the parade route is 9th to 11th on Juneau, then down the other side back down to 9th. (We’ll have a map once we establish where the green room area will be.  Let’s make this our biggest parade yet!

This year, for safety reasons, all parade participants must register. Parade participants get one free general admission, you’ll need to check in to get a special wrist band or lanyard that will get you into the parade green room.  Parade registration is open til Dec. 1, after it closes we’ll email all participants with important info on where to check in, etc.

The parade is open to all who want to participate. We encourage people to dress as Krampus, angels, or other characters from winter folklore or holiday traditions or Wisconsin lore. There is a group, Milwaukee Krampus Eigenheit who meets and participates in this and other events throughout the year. Check them out here: https://www.facebook.com/Milwaukee.Krampus.Eigenheit  You do not need to be part of a group to participate, though.

The most important thing to remember is we created this event to have a fun celebration together. We can’t wait to see your costumes! Email conference director Tea at: teakrulos@gmail.com with any questions. And please do share this form with anyone you think might be interested.

Registering only takes a minute and you can do it here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1o90UkXOvDIRKOQXP7vvsogy8hvMAOnZLKPOtkrz2YRQ/
